DDN 502 Systemic Cyber Risk Governance For Corporate Directors
DDN 502 develops core boardroom competencies in governing systemic cyber risk and the complex digital business system. DDN 502 is taught by some of the world's leading directors, practitioners and academics on these issues to leading business school academic standards.
DDN 502 helps corporate directors around the world develop and apply these core competencies to the issues surrounding the governance of systemic risk, change and the complex digital business system. Participants learn the DiRECTOR(TM) framework for overseeing systemic risk in complex digital business systems.
Course participants complete 2.5 hours of pre-reading and 2.5 hours of live virtual synchronous executive education with lectures and case studies. Participants are tested on the course content with a 25 question multiple-choice final examination. An answer key is provided for participants for self-review.
The lead professor for DDN 502 is USC Marshall School of Business Adjunct Professor Bob Zukis. DDN 502 is co-instructed by corporate directors and leading practitioners and advisors on these issues. Bob is also the CEO and Founder of Digital Directors Network. Professor Zukis is a leading expert on systemic risk and digital and cybersecurity risk oversight and is a retired PwC Advisory Partner. He is also an ESG Center Senior Fellow at The Conference Board and an NACD PSW emeritus board member.
