This Certificate of Completion is issued to corporate directors who have completed the DDN QTE 501 Boardroom Masterclass on Digital and Cybersecurity governance. Holders of the Certificate of Completion demonstrate the development of their competencies in governing systemic risk in complex systems and digital and cybersecurity governance more broadly. These directors have functional experience and/or expertise in non-digital or cybersecurity domains but have nonetheless completed the masterclass and passed examination on digital, cybersecurity and systemic risk governance. Participants have been trained on applying the DiRECTOR framework for identifying systemic risk in complex digital business systems and applying leading practices in governing digital and cybersecurity risk.
